Avito Travel is a leading service in one of the fastest-growing markets in Russia. We have assembled the country's largest database of tourist accommodation: apartments, rooms, houses, and hotels. Currently, over 500,000 daily rental options are available on the platform across the country, and all of them are directly connected — without partnerships or intermediaries. For 75% of property owners, Avito is the primary source of bookings. In addition to private properties, we offer our users a choice from over 19,000 hotels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operationally managing a sales team of 11 people;
- Being responsible for achieving revenue targets for the regions assigned to the team;
- Being responsible for developing the assigned regions and increasing sales volume;
- Being responsible for meeting the group's planned revenue and performance metrics;
- Hiring and onboarding employees, assigning mentors to new hires;
- Setting goals and tasks for the team in accordance with the department's strategy, analyzing work efficiency;
- Providing feedback on performance results within KPIs, working on their improvement;
- Working on employee motivation, creating a comfortable working atmosphere;
- Building and maintaining effective collaboration with related departments.
We expect you to have:
- At least three years of leadership experience in B2B sales;
- Managed a geographically distributed team;
- At least three years of personal sales experience;
- Worked with premium or large business segments;
- Understand the management cycle;
- Have strategic thinking, the ability to make decisions and work autonomously;
- Have project management experience;
- Possess public speaking skills (will be a plus).
