The team is responsible for attracting new corporate business to Avito Rabota by offering effective hiring solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 12 managers: be responsible for hiring, onboarding, expertise growth, employee development, and team building;
- Achieve the sales group's planned targets for revenue, performance metrics, and new client acquisition;
- Establish effective cooperation with external partners for new lead generation;
- Enhance process efficiency and collaborate with related departments, participate in cross-vertical projects.
We Expect You to Have:
- At least one year of experience in a sales group or department head position focused on client acquisition;
- Personal experience in cold sales;
- The ability to build social connections, maintain high-quality positive communication with colleagues and partners, promoting the interests of the company and the business;
- Experience in building an effective team, the ability to give feedback, a readiness to motivate and facilitate employee training and development.
