Avito Advertising offers digital advertising and promotion tools on the platform for brands, marketing agencies, and businesses. Advertising on Avito gives companies access to numerous touchpoints with a broad audience — and it can lead either to an external page or to a brand page inside Avito — a brand space. These tools help grow brand awareness metrics, increase interest in products, and solve business performance goals.
The Key Account Management team builds relationships with leading advertisers, conducts negotiations at the level of marketing directors and business owners, acting as a strategic consultant and market expert, directly influencing the sales plan for advertising tools. Our managers analyze advertisers' needs, develop individual strategies, and propose optimal solutions for building long-term relationships with clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales plan for the key account management group;
- Develop and implement growth strategies for key clients assigned to the group;
- Participate in conducting strategic negotiations with key clients;
- Manage a team of 10 managers: hiring, onboarding, expertise growth, employee development, team building;
- Improve process efficiency and interact with related departments, participate in cross-vertical projects.
We Expect You to Have:
- At least two years of experience in a position as a group or sales department head;
- Understand the needs of key advertisers and have experience working with industries such as finance, fashion, e-commerce, education, real estate, or automotive;
- Possess expertise in the digital advertising market;
- Be able to identify client goals and objectives and be ready to develop long-term relationships with them;
- Have experience building an effective team, know how to provide feedback, are ready to motivate and contribute to employee training and development.
