Avito Select is the flagship product of Avito Auto, a game-changer in the automotive sales market. We are creating a digital ecosystem where dealers and buyers meet in a safe and convenient environment, making transactions faster and more transparent.
Your Responsibilities:
- Onboard new car dealers to Avito Select: from initial negotiations to integration into the client's business;
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with enterprise and mid-market auto dealers, building partnerships at the C-level;
- Ensure the achievement of planned targets: sales volume and revenue through Avito Select for assigned dealers;
- Drive growth of key business metrics: analyze placement effectiveness, train partners, implement regulations and best practices;
- Work closely with the product team and the Avito Auto sales department to improve the service and achieve business goals;
- Launch Avito Select in regions, scaling successful experience.
We Expect You to Have:
- At least two years of managerial experience in a sales function within the auto business or a large tech company, in areas related to the automotive sphere;
- Possess skills in conducting negotiations with top executives: understand needs, articulate value, close deals;
- Understand modern trends in the automotive sphere, know the specifics and main processes of the dealership business;
- Self-sufficient, able to plan work without constant supervision;
- Able to analyze data, identify growth points, and convincingly present solutions;
- Willingness to travel for business.
