Manager for Client Business Development at Auto.ru

Auto.ru Business Account is a unified platform for managing the most important processes of the automotive business. We are looking for a specialist who will work comprehensively at the intersection of client business, product, and technical expertise.
Retention and development of the client base You will work on increasing the value of the product for clients' businesses and building long-term partnerships with them.
Client support You will launch projects, expand the platform's use cases, and train clients' teams.
Working with clients You will initiate dialogue, promote new product capabilities, and seek growth opportunities for the client's business.
Working with complex cases You will dive into the client's processes and assist with technical and integration questions.
Processing feedback You will collect and structure client feedback, manage the client product backlog, and collaborate with the product team.
