The Yandex Advertising sales team nurtures high-potential clients, builds marketing strategies, and helps businesses master our products (Yandex Direct, Yandex Business, geo-media advertising, and others). We work with the most promising market segment - small and medium-sized business clients, as this direction in Russia is growing year by year.

Working with a base of corporate clients You will be building partnership relations with existing corporate clients: conducting negotiations online and in personal meetings, identifying their needs, preparing commercial proposals, and developing a comprehensive strategy for the development of clients' businesses. You will work with clients in a CRM system, supplementing it with up-to-date information on deals, priorities, and work results.
Achieving financial targets You will achieve sales targets and provide a high level of service to the allocated portfolio of clients. Convenient dashboards will help you regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Auditing advertising campaigns Together with an advertising analyst, you will conduct audits of advertising campaigns and provide clients with recommendations on how to improve advertising effectiveness. You will be able to teach advertisers the basics of internet marketing and how to work with Yandex's advertising products.
