Our team nurtures high-potential clients for Yandex Advertising. We build communication with direct clients and help businesses effectively use our products (Yandex Direct, Yandex Business, geo-media advertising, and others). We work with small and medium-sized business clients — the most promising segment of the Russian market, which grows year after year.

Developing client relationships You will build long-term relationships with existing corporate clients as a personal manager: conduct regular phone and Zoom negotiations, identify client needs and propose solutions, as well as advise clients about new products. Work must be managed in a CRM system, maintaining up-to-date information.
Achieving financial results You will be tasked with achieving revenue plan goals and ensuring a high level of service for clients. Convenient dashboards will help you regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Communication with related teams You will interact a lot with colleagues inside Yandex. For example, communicate with advertising analysts to analyze the effectiveness of client ad placements. The tech support team will help answer a client's complex question or fix something that isn't working.
Internal projects You will be able to influence processes within the team, propose bold ideas, and participate in projects aimed at sales growth and client satisfaction.
