Customer Relationship Specialist (Intern)
Our team develops high-potential clients for Yandex Advertising. We communicate directly with clients and help businesses use our products effectively. We work with small and medium-sized businesses — the most promising segment of the Russian market, which is growing year after year.
Developing client relationships You will act as a personal manager and build long-term relationships with existing clients, advise them on new products, and increase the volume of advertising investments through phone and Zoom negotiations (without travel and offline meetings).
Interaction with teams You will frequently communicate with colleagues within Yandex. For example, collaborate with analysts to assess advertising success, and with the tech support team — to resolve complex technical issues for clients.
Internal projects You will be able to influence internal team processes, propose bold ideas, and participate in projects that will help increase sales and improve customer satisfaction levels.
