Communicate with customers
You will need to call from a prepared database and present new service features to customers, answer questions, and handle objections.
Help customers use the services
Users who have started working with new services may need help—for example, filling out organization profiles or publishing advertising materials.
Interact with partners and other teams
To resolve specific issues, you will sometimes need to communicate directly with clients or technical specialists.
We expect that you
- Have sales experience of at least three months
- Are proficient in using computer and web applications
- Are not afraid of challenges and quickly adapt to new tasks
- Know how to hold the interlocutor's attention
- Speak and write correctly
- Are ready to communicate extensively over the phone
- Are responsible and results-oriented
Working conditions
- Formal employment with the option to choose full-time or part-time (the number of open vacancies and terms of employment depend on the direction and services)
