Sales and Key SMB Client Development Team Lead

Sales development and revenue growth We build partnership relationships with key SMB segment clients and help them increase sales using Yandex advertising tools: Direct, Business, geomedial advertising. Your key tasks are to achieve financial targets, and to find new approaches to increasing sales.
Team management The team consists of analysts and account development managers. You will be responsible for training, motivating colleagues, and helping them grow professionally.
Improving business processes and customer experience You will build operational processes, find growth points and implement new tools so that sales grow, the team works more efficiently, and customers are satisfied.
