Yandex Crowd Telemarketing Team Lead
Yandex Crowd is a major infrastructure service within Yandex. We implement crowdsourcing to scale business processes (data labeling, content moderation, field research, testing) and build internal product functions (customer service, telemarketing, localization and documentation). We launched the Yandex Tasks crowdsourcing platform, participated in the launch of YandexGPT, the rollout of Search in Kazakhstan, teaching Alice Arabic and even whispering — and in many other Yandex projects.
Our team helps other Yandex services grow and increase sales. We are looking for a professional who can take our telemarketing service to the next level.
Team Leadership You will be responsible for defining the channel development strategy for up to two years, considering modern sales trends and technologies. Planning financial and operational targets based on set goals. Ensuring transparency of all processes, building and visualizing reports using current analytical tools.
Project Management You will manage sales projects by implementing innovative approaches and utilizing AI capabilities to increase efficiency. Executing resource and sales plans, optimizing processes with the latest technologies. Enhancing channel effectiveness by applying advanced methods and tools. Automating processes using modern solutions, including AI and machine learning.
Communication with Customers and Partners You will negotiate with potential customers and facilitate channel scaling, build relationships with customers and partners, and increase their loyalty to Yandex Crowd. You will expand the base of internal customers and build the service sales funnel within Yandex, as well as create an effective account management system for existing and new customers.
