We recently launched "New Cars" — a young but fast-growing business set to become a market leader in new car sales.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Platform and Call Center Manager — a strong leader who can launch a new business model for Avito Auto and drive its growth.
The lead generation platform is a new internal service that segments the vertical's audience and directs each user along the most suitable product path within Avito Auto's wide range of products.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the launch and development of the lead generation platform: developing a prototype, ensuring its implementation and scaling, coordinating the work of dedicated product, development, analytics, commercial, and call center teams;
- Managing the growth and efficiency of the lead generation platform, including the number of attracted and successfully onboarded users, unit economics, quality metrics, automation, and implementation of AI solutions;
- Identifying new growth opportunities and user acquisition channels for the Auto lead generation platform beyond Avito, including external data and traffic sources;
- Formulating the strategy and operational plan for the lead generation platform for key Auto businesses — New Cars, Used Cars, Commercial Vehicles, and transactional services;
- Managing Avito Auto's unified call center, including its operations, strategy, development, goal-setting, and team performance metrics;
- Developing and overseeing a vendor management system — external call centers and data sources — being responsible for their growth, quality metrics, and unit economics.
We expect you to:
- Have at least five years of experience as a project manager or department head in technology or fast-growing companies;
- Have experience managing or coordinating cross-functional teams;
- Be able to build hypotheses and make effective decisions based on data and under conditions of incomplete information;
- Be able to launch new projects and initiatives from scratch, identifying opportunities for their exponential growth;
- Be able to deeply immerse yourself in product logic, formulate potential user scenarios, and work closely with product and development teams;
- Understand the principles of managing online and/or offline operations, including operational efficiency, quality, and unit economics metrics;
- Have experience managing external operational contractors, including commercial negotiations, managing quality metrics through SLAs, and dynamically distributing workload among vendors.
It would be great if you:
- Understand the structure and practices of the automotive market, basic principles of big data models;
- Have experience automating operational processes using AI solutions;
- Understand the operational logic and technical aspects of a call center.
