We are looking for a Head of SMB (Small and Medium Business) Sales who will take full responsibility for building, developing, and scaling sales. SMB is a strategic growth driver for us, and the role involves influencing strategy, product, and technology, as well as being responsible for revenue growth and the active customer base.
You will be responsible for:
- Scaling the telesales channel as the primary channel for working with the SMB segment;
- Restructuring the organizational structure and operational processes: customer service, customer rotation, offers, customer base preparation, etc.;
- Building a system for evaluating sales effectiveness;
- Developing technological tools together with the product team;
- Effectively managing expense items.
We expect you to have:
- At least five years of experience managing remote sales teams serving SMB clients and managing a team of functional managers;
- Experience setting up a customer interaction system (10 thousand customers per month);
- Proven experience transitioning from a classic sales model to a highly automated sales model;
- Managed teams of 60+ people with an outbound communications system;
- Acted as a customer for product and marketing;
- Implemented sales performance metrics;
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
