We are looking for a strong leader who will launch a new direction in the vertical's sales and help Avito Rabota clients effectively meet their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- developing the overall concept for the development of the new direction and ensuring accelerated market share growth in this segment;
- building a reproducible and effective AI-powered lead generation funnel for clients;
- formulating and implementing medium-term / long-term development strategies for the direction;
- forming a team of strong specialists capable of implementing the project and meeting budget expectations;
- studying the market situation, competitive environment, and pricing;
- closely interacting with the product and business departments, collecting, analyzing, and submitting proposals for modifying / forming new products;
- participating in online events / client trainings as a speaker, representing the company's brand to clients;
- preparing weekly, monthly, annual, and other reports on various sales statistics.
We expect that you:
- have at least two years of successful experience in a managerial position;
- possess experience in bringing conceptually new products / services to market;
- are knowledgeable about the HR tech market and understand the specifics of mass recruitment;
- have successful experience in active sales and client development;
- are results-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
