Head of Business Development at Domiland
We are building an ecosystem of digital solutions for developers, management companies, and residents: project showcases, utility services, a media platform, and smart tools for real estate management.
We are looking for a Head of Business Development who will be responsible for forming, developing, and achieving the target metrics of the commercial unit for Yandex's PropTech services (Domiland).
The main tasks are building a scalable sales system for SaaS/Platform solutions for B2B, managing a team, and increasing the volume of personal accounts and revenue by attracting management companies and developers.
Strategy and Planning Forming a strategy for attracting developers and management companies in the regions. Planning quarterly and annual KPIs: personal accounts, revenue, deals, activity. Analyzing competitive solutions.
Sales Management Building and implementing the full B2B sales funnel in the sales department. Controlling the quality of each stage of the funnel, improving conversion efficiency. Negotiating with partners, personal selling.
Team Management Hiring, training, mentoring, and developing sales managers. Forming a culture of systematic sales in a PropTech environment. Setting plans, regular one-to-ones, managing motivation.
