Head of Top Client Management Group (Real Estate category)
The Real Estate category advertising development team is looking for a group head. You will be responsible for developing the portfolio of key federal developers.
We are looking for a leader who knows how to manage revenue and build long-term partnerships.
Industry Development You will be responsible for forming the strategy for working with key developers (federal developers), managing industry revenue: planning, forecasting, and monitoring plan execution, analyzing the client pipeline and forecasting advertising investments, as well as identifying growth points and risks within the portfolio.
Client Work You will build long-term partnership relationships with C-level executives, create comprehensive proposals including performance tools, media solutions, special projects, and personal services, protect and expand annual and package contracts, develop cross-service solutions for clients' businesses, as well as participate in strategic sessions and workshops.
Team Management You will need to form and develop a team of account managers, motivate its members, manage cross-functional projects (product, analytics, special projects, etc.), enhance the team's expert experience in the real estate industry, and build a transparent forecasting and risk management system.
Market Positioning You will shape the industry agenda within Yandex, participate in industry events and workshops with clients, compile a backlog of product refinements for the real estate market, and work to position Yandex as a strategic partner for developers.
