Key Account Development Manager for Advertising
Our team is looking for an experienced account manager to work with key representatives of small and medium-sized businesses with high potential for growth in the digital environment. The client portfolio is structured by industry.
We value building long-term partnerships, acting as experts in digital marketing for our clients, actively advising them on the opportunities of Yandex's advertising and non-advertising products, and developing long-term strategies tailored to their goals.
Developing the existing base of key clients You will be responsible for building partnership relationships with existing corporate clients: conducting negotiations online and in person, identifying needs, preparing commercial proposals, and developing a comprehensive strategy for the growth of clients' businesses. You will manage your work with them using a CRM system, updating it with current information on deals, priorities, and results.
Achieving financial and operational targets You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring a high level of service for your assigned client portfolio. Convenient dashboards will help you regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Auditing advertising campaigns Together with an advertising analyst, you will conduct audits of advertising campaigns and provide clients with recommendations on how to improve advertising effectiveness. You will be able to teach advertisers the basics of internet marketing and how to work with Yandex's advertising products.
Internal projects You will have the opportunity to influence internal team processes and participate in projects aimed at increasing sales and client satisfaction.
