Business Development Manager (Food & FMCG)
Fintech is Yandex's financial ecosystem, which helps millions of users conveniently pay for purchases and manage their finances. Our team develops a key area—financial products for businesses. We help partners—from large online retailers to offline chains—increase conversion, average order value, and customer loyalty. To achieve this, we offer solutions: payment acceptance (Yandex Pay), BNPL service (Yandex Split), B2B lending.
Developing partnerships You will search for and attract key partners, conduct negotiations with them, and fully manage the deal: from the first contact and presentation to contract approval and integration launch.
Customer retention and development You will analyze partner effectiveness, find growth points, and launch joint projects to scale the business. You will need to implement new fintech products (for example, connecting Split to partners who currently only use Yandex Pay), as well as conduct regular business reviews and build long-term strategic relationships.
Product portfolio management You will promote the full range of Yandex Pay fintech solutions and create individual commercial proposals. You will work with internal teams (product, marketing, growth, integration) as the "voice of the customer" to improve products and services.
