We are looking for a Business Development Manager to launch new products in the HR-tech market that will strengthen our career ecosystem.
Attracting partners You will be searching for potential B2B partners for the new HR-tech direction at Practicum, establishing and developing strong relationships with potential partners, including companies from both the travel sector and other industries.
Presenting solutions You will need to clearly and convincingly communicate the value proposition and product solutions to potential partners, demonstrating how our product can benefit their business.
Managing the sales funnel You will maintain an organized sales funnel, track leads and opportunities at various stages of the sales process.
Driving sales growth You will achieve planned sales targets by effectively closing deals and expanding the partner network, and exceed them. There will be an opportunity to receive generous bonuses for achieving and exceeding targets.
Market feedback You will regularly provide updates and market analytics to teams responsible for product, marketing, and partnership management.
