Avito Part-Time Work is a new service created by Avito in partnership with OOO "Avito Gig Solutions"
The service provides opportunities to find temporary employment without interviews, with online shift booking and receiving payment through the service within 24 hours.
The product operates at the intersection of B2B and B2C segments, addressing the need of companies for temporary workers for various tasks (merchandising, product assembly, shipping, etc.), and gives users a convenient way to find part-time work without unnecessary complications, reducing the time to start part-time work from a week to one day.
You will be responsible for:
- Attracting clients to develop the new product within Avito Jobs (the Avito Part-Time Work temporary employment platform);
- Conducting face-to-face meetings at the CEO, CEO-1 level, holding telephone negotiations with decision-makers and key decision-makers;
- Acting as a speaker at relevant industry exhibitions, forums, and events;
- Participating in cross-functional projects to improve the product and processes within the development of the large client segment.
We expect that you:
- Have at least three years of successful experience in a Key Account Manager (KAM) position;
- Possess skills in conducting negotiations and presentations with C-level executives — both online and offline;
- Are able to work with analytics, build forecasts, and draw conclusions (working with conversion, market assessment, competitor and trend analysis);
- Have experience in developing key market clients and know how to build long-term relationships with them;
- Can independently analyze companies, assess client potential, and build development strategies.
