We expect you to: Have a successful track record of working with key clients (development and attraction); Have experience in attracting medium and large market players and know how to build long-term relationships with them; Be able to assess client potential and build a strategy for their development; Possess professional expertise in the spare parts category; Have skills in conducting negotiations and presentations with company executives in offline and online meeting formats; Be able to analyze the market and companies, draw conclusions, and make forecasts; Be communicative and enjoy a fast-paced work environment; Make independent and quick decisions within your area of responsibility; Always strive to achieve significant results and grow professionally; Be ready to initiate and embrace changes in work; Possess self-discipline and time management skills, meet deadlines, and be able to prioritize tasks correctly.
