About the team
We invite a Client Account Manager in the Parts category, Goods vertical, to join our team. Your main task is to develop sales of advertising solutions among existing Avito clients who are actively selling parts on our platform.
You will be responsible for:
- developing existing B2B clients (performing Up-sell, increasing average transaction value, as well as working on client portfolio retention);
- working with an assigned client portfolio;
- conducting telephone negotiations with clients (without in-person meetings);
- selling paid additional services and platform operation strategies to clients;
- developing sales skills and helping client businesses grow together with you;
- acting as a strategic consultant and expert on the advertising platform market for clients;
- communicating and sharing experience with colleagues, interacting with the team.
We expect you to:
- have B2B sales experience of 1+ years;
- have experience in telephone sales;
- have client database management experience of 1+ years;
- want to develop in the sales field;
- be able to balance client interests and company interests;
- be able to analyze companies, assess client potential;
- possess persistence and the ability to argue your position.
