You will be responsible for:
- Attracting and developing key B2B clients for Avito Travel in Novosibirsk and the Siberian Federal District (approximately 120 clients);
- Increasing revenue and GMV share in the region;
- Conducting in-person meetings (up to 80% offline) at the business owner level and holding telephone negotiations with decision-makers and key decision-influencers (20 meetings per month);
- Monthly successful commercial proposals to 70% of clients in the assigned base;
- Influencing the development strategy of major clients in the Siberian Federal District;
- Speaking as a presenter at relevant industry exhibitions, forums, and other events;
- Maintaining effective client interactions aimed at long-term cooperation;
- Acting as a strategic consultant and market expert for clients regarding advertising platforms.

- Have at least three years of experience in B2B sales;
- Are willing to travel on business trips;
- Are skilled in developing long-term relationships with clients;
- Can assess a client's potential and build their development strategy;
- Possess skills in conducting negotiations and presentations with company executives;
- Can analyze the market and companies, draw conclusions, and build forecasts;
- Independently and quickly make decisions within your area of responsibility;
