About the Team
Our sales team attracts service providers to Avito Uslugi, supports and develops them, helping them get maximum value from working with the platform. We understand how Avito Uslugi products work and can analyze them, adapting tools for clients' businesses. Our employees understand the specifics of each category's market, know key trends and opportunities, which allows them to form the most effective development strategy for service providers.
You will be responsible for:
- attracting and developing key clients in the Enterprise segment;
- conducting in-person meetings at the CEO, CEO-1 level, holding telephone negotiations with decision-makers and key influencers;
- acting as a strategic consultant for clients and an expert in the advertising platforms market;
- speaking as a presenter at relevant industry exhibitions/forums/events;
- leading cross-functional projects to improve the product and processes within the development of the top segment;
- maintaining effective communication with clients aimed at long-term cooperation.
We expect you to have:
- at least three years of successful experience in the B2B segment in a Key Account Manager or Customer Acquisition Manager role;
- proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills with C-level executives, including in offline and online meeting formats;
- experience in attracting Enterprise clients and know how to build long-term relationships with them;
- the ability to analyze companies, assess client potential, and build development strategies;
- knowledge of how to build informal relationships with top clients.
