About the Team
The team works with Russia's largest companies — deeply immersing themselves in clients' business processes, helping to build and improve their personnel search and selection systems, offering the most effective tools for this.
You will be responsible for:
- developing Avito Rabota's current key clients;
- conducting online and offline meetings at the CEO, CEO-1 level, holding telephone negotiations with decision-makers and key influencers (DM & KI);
- creating and implementing service engagement strategies, selling paid services;
- acting as a speaker at relevant industry exhibitions/forums/events;
- participating in cross-functional projects to improve the product and processes as part of the corporate segment development.
We expect you to have:
- at least two years of experience working with large clients;
- ability to assess client potential and build a development strategy for them, with relevant case studies in your experience;
- skills in conducting presentations and negotiations with decision-makers in offline and online meeting formats;
- proactiveness, active participation in team and company life;
- readiness to develop public speaking skills (we'll help if you don't have such experience yet).
