About the Team
We invite you to join our team as a B2B Client Acquisition Manager in the Goods vertical.
Your main task is to attract new B2B clients to the Avito platform by selling them advertising solutions for their business development. We attract clients who sell goods on Avito in the following categories: furniture, appliances, lifestyle, and auto parts.
You will be responsible for:
- attracting new B2B clients to the Avito platform and managing the attracted clients on the platform;
- processing cold and warm leads;
- conducting phone negotiations across all of Russia;
- selling clients strategies for working with the service and paid services;
- developing sales skills, earning, and helping clients' businesses grow with you;
- acting as a strategic consultant for clients and an expert on advertising platform markets;
- communicating and sharing experience with colleagues, interacting with the team.
We expect you to:
- have 1+ years of experience in B2C or B2B sales;
- possess experience in client acquisition;
- have excellent command of the five steps of sales, identifying client needs;
- have experience in phone sales;
- desire to develop in the sales field;
- be able to balance the interests of the client and the company;
- have analyzed companies and assessed client potential;
- be persistent and able to argue your position.
