About the team
Avito Podrabotka is a new service created by Avito in partnership with Avito Gig Resheniya LLC.
The service provides opportunities to find temporary employment without interviews, with online shift booking and receiving payment through the service within 24 hours.
The product operates at the intersection of B2B and B2C segments, addressing the need of companies for temporary performers for various tasks (merchandising, product assembly, shipping, etc.), while providing users with a convenient way to find side work without unnecessary complications, reducing the time to start side work from a week to one day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- working with the regional sales team of Avito Podrabotka: conducting employee training, solving operational issues, holding meetings, etc.;
- developing a strategic plan for the development of regions under your responsibility, creating a base for attracting clients;
- leading customer onboarding and development processes for current clients;
- participating in strategic negotiations with key clients, coordinating and monitoring the high-quality implementation of commercial terms;
- being responsible for setting goals and tasks for the group and monitoring their execution, conducting a systematic analysis of the effectiveness of group employees and working to increase the effectiveness of the sales funnel;
- participating in vertical projects, ensuring effective interaction with related teams.
We expect that you:
- have at least one year of experience in a group or sales department manager position for attracting and developing key clients;
- have experience working with large clients and experience conducting successful negotiations at the level of decision-makers, CEOs, and C-1 executives;
- can manage distributed teams, capable of building work processes and effective cross-functional interaction;
- possess public speaking skills;
- can analyze the market, companies, draw conclusions, and make forecasts;
- make independent and quick decisions within your area of responsibility.
