Tens of thousands of Russian and international companies use Yandex Go for Business services: they order corporate taxis, food and other goods delivery, rent and refuel cars. We help clients optimize business costs and improve employee working conditions.

We are looking for a bold manager to lead the new customer acquisition group for Yandex Zapravki (Fuel).

What tasks await you

Team Management You will manage a team of up to 25 people. You will control the quality and volume of work, meet the financial plan and KPIs. You will also be responsible for motivating and developing employees, hiring and onboarding newcomers.

Sales Development You will manage activities to attract new customers and increase the team's efficiency. You will need to improve interaction with related departments, analyze processes to increase revenue and influence key metrics.

We expect that you

• Have at least three years of experience in B2B sales and team management
• Can motivate a team, set bold goals and be accountable for achieving them
• Independently solve routine tasks and make operational decisions
• Can work with data — tabular, graphical, analytics, operational metrics
• Are ready to independently manage several clients or projects
• Understand the tasks and internal processes of the SMB segment
• Are energetic and proactive, result-oriented
• Able to make quick decisions with frequently changing requirements
