Head of Operational Sales Groups in Taxi

We are looking for a brave and ambitious manager who will be responsible for attracting new SMB clients.

What tasks await you

Team Management You will be responsible for controlling the quality and volume of work of 150+ employees in six groups, motivating and developing them, hiring and onboarding new employees.

Achieving Targets You will need to monitor the fulfillment of the financial plan and the achievement of the group's KPIs. Manage activities to attract new clients and improve the team's efficiency. Analyze processes to increase revenue and work on key metrics.

We expect you to

• Have at least three years of experience in B2B sales and team management
• Know how to motivate a team, set ambitious goals and be accountable for achieving them
• Be independent in solving routine tasks and making operational decisions
• Be able to work with tabular and graphical data, analytics, operational metrics
• Understand the tasks and internal processes of the SMB segment
• Be energetic and proactive, focused on achieving results
• Be able to make quick decisions in conditions of frequently changing requirements
