Driver Operations Manager (International Taxi Projects)

The International Taxi Projects team continues to grow rapidly. We are looking for a manager who will be responsible for attracting and retaining drivers in international markets.

Your task is to ensure a sufficient number of drivers and make their acquisition economically viable. You will manage the budget, optimize processes, and help local teams achieve planned regional targets.

What tasks await you

Development of acquisition channels You will develop existing channels (performance marketing, referral programs, scouting) and seek new ways to attract drivers efficiently.

Optimization of the driver activation funnel You will analyze the driver's journey from registration to their first trip, identify drop-off points, and implement initiatives to increase conversion.

Control of the regional budget You will plan acquisition costs, control expenses, and analyze their effectiveness to ensure profitability.

Organization of call-center operations You will establish processes to effectively assist drivers at the start, set tasks, and monitor metrics affecting activation.

We expect you to have

• Worked in roles related to Growth, Operations, or Project Management, preferably in ride-hailing, delivery services, or e-commerce.
• Conducted deep quantitative data analysis, made decisions, and formed conclusions based on it.
• Managed projects from idea to implementation, coordinating the work of multiple stakeholders.
• Apply a systematic and structured approach to work, combined with adaptability and readiness for rapid changes.
• Work autonomously and at the operational level to bring initiatives to results.
• Are willing to travel.
• Are fluent in English.

It will be a plus if you

• Understand financial models.
• Are skilled in working with unit economics.
