Product Manager at Yandex Drive (Trip Quality and Integrations)

Yandex Drive is one of the largest car-sharing services in the world with a fleet of over 18,000 cars.

We are building a product that becomes a full-fledged alternative to a personal car: convenient, predictable, and affordable for everyday scenarios. We experiment a lot, launch new product solutions, and at the same time are responsible for the real-time stability of the service.

We are looking for a product manager who will develop the direction of trip quality and integrations.

What tasks await you

Improving rental quality You will reduce the share of cancellations and errors, eliminate barriers when starting a trip.

Integrations You will develop integrations with third-party services within the Drive ecosystem.

Working with the product You will form and implement product strategy from research to launching solutions, propose and test hypotheses, including through A/B tests, analyze results. It will be necessary to study the market, competitors, and user behavior, turn the obtained data into product insights, manage the product backlog: set and prioritize tasks, control the quality of releases.

Working with the team You will manage a product team, which includes developers, a designer, an analyst, and coordinate related task flows.

We expect you to

• Have worked in a product role for three years or more
• Practice a data-driven approach: know how to set up experiments, analyze metrics, and confirm hypotheses with data
• Can share practical cases where you managed to increase revenue or reduce costs
• Understand the basics of unit economics for digital services
• Have basic knowledge of how APIs, backend, frontend, and mobile applications work
• Know how to manage a team: plan, set tasks, give feedback
• Are willing to take on related tasks (business support, contracts, financial accounting) if it is important for the result
• Can clearly formulate and defend your position in dialogue with the team and stakeholders
