What tasks await you

Direction metrics Together with the manager, you will need to formulate product metrics based on business goals, create a project backlog that will significantly grow the key direction metrics, and be responsible for the growth of these metrics.

Systematic development of engagement products You will analyze user behavior data and market trends to optimize the product and attract new users, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, set up continuous replenishment of the backlog with hypotheses and its prioritization, in order to eventually turn hypotheses into features useful for users and growing graphs.

Managing deadlines and expectations You will be responsible for the discovery and delivery stages, manage the development team, establish transparent communication with stakeholders, including development, marketing, sales, design, and business teams. You will manage their expectations and be fully responsible for estimating and setting deadlines for key projects.

We expect you to

• Systematically and successfully worked on growing key service metrics
• Launched and developed products for at least four years
• Possess basic data analysis skills and make evidence-based decisions
• Know how to conduct A/B experiments and know how to do it
• Are bold and determined, want to grow yourself and develop your service, and are not afraid of responsibility
• Can work in rapidly changing external conditions and ensure that the entire team works proactively
• Primarily think about results, instill the same mindset in your colleagues, and are able to go beyond the usual to achieve goals
