Product Manager at Yandex Crowd
Yandex Crowd is a service that solves business tasks for Yandex's products and B2B clients using tens of thousands of remote performers. We seamlessly integrate into our customers' processes at stages where human involvement is necessary. Data labeling for machine learning, ad moderation, testing of Yandex products, updating directories, user support — all of this, and more, falls within the scope of Yandex Crowd's tasks.
Our performers help Yandex create products capable of understanding complex, unpredictable, and ambiguous user queries and finding the right answers. We launched the crowdsourcing platform Yandex Tasks, participated in the launch of YandexGPT, the launch of Search in the Kazakhstan market, teaching Alice Arabic and even whispering — and in many other Yandex projects.
Strategy, Metrics, and Market Analysis You will shape the product vision and roadmap, jointly with the team define key success metrics and be responsible for their growth. Additionally, you will need to conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
Problem Research and Hypothesis Formulation You will identify real user problems through interviews and data analysis, formulate clear problem statements, and transform them into testable product hypotheses.
Backlog Management, Prioritization, and Feature Launch You will need to manage the product backlog, justify priorities for the team and stakeholders.
