Product Manager in HRTech

The HRTech division develops and maintains Yandex's internal services. We are responsible for dozens of vital systems essential for the company's fast-paced operations. Our users are all Yandex employees.

We are building a digital space for work, communication, and development. In this space, Yandexers make the world better every day.

Our main products:

• Finance and Benefits Portal, where an employee can see the monetary and non-monetary parts of their total income
• Career Portal, featuring Yandex vacancies and everything a candidate needs to know about working at the company
• Travel Portal, where you can arrange a trip in just a few clicks
• SuperApp, aggregating all intranet services and even the ecosystem of chats and bots
• Everything for hiring and evaluation: an ATS-platform for convenient candidate search, services for performance reviews, and a tool for contemplating your achievements in the form of graphical badges

What tasks await you

Strategic and product tasks You will develop the platform's development strategy and justify product decisions: conduct UX research, work with analytics.

Interaction with the development team You will interact directly with the development team, designers, and analysts, formulate tasks for the development team based on business requirements, define the product roadmap, and make decisions about its development in the short and long term. You will also need to manage the backlog, decompose, and prioritize tasks.

We expect that you

• Graduated from a university in a technical or economic field
• Have worked as a product manager for more than five years, launched products or significant new functionality
• Have managed a development team, closely interacted with designers and analysts
• Successfully managed complex projects and established processes within a team
• Understand how to gather and prioritize requirements
• Have built a system of metrics
• Know the principles of UX and web product architecture
• Can draw conclusions from data and know the basics of product analytics
• Clearly and consistently argue your thoughts and can establish communication with people
• Have worked in HRTech or internal products related to employee training and development
