Senior Product Manager

We develop fintech products for entrepreneurs. Our goal is to create a platform that will help them solve tasks related to business management and its growth.

What tasks await you

Analysis of fintech needs You will be responsible for analyzing product metrics, studying the B2B fintech market, identifying unmet needs, and seeking unconventional product solutions.

Launch management You will oversee the entire product launch process: from idea development to distribution of the finished solution. You will interact with development, analytics, customer service, marketing, and other departments.

We expect you to

• Have experience in product management in the fintech domain
• Know how to validate hypotheses and bring structure to chaos
• Have launched features and product improvements from research to distribution
• Know how to read numbers, look at data, and make decisions based on them
• Have communicated with a cross-functional team
• Are self-sufficient and internally motivated to act, not wait

Will be a plus

• Have experience in SMB domains or understand the specifics of small business
• Know the fintech landscape: РКО, acquiring, BNPL, deposits, etc.
• Have launched fintech solutions
