Daily Business Line Director
We are developing Domiland's Daily services — B2C products that create daily value for residents and become a key driver for large-scale business growth. We are looking for a Daily Business Line Director — a cross-functional leader who will take over the management of the entire vertical and ensure multifold business growth through the launch of new B2C products, including subscription models.
This role is suitable for a person who knows how to launch new product lines from scratch, work with product economics, make data-driven decisions, and take full responsibility for the result.
Forming the strategy and developing the B2C vertical You will define the development strategy for Daily services, aimed at achieving key business metrics and scaling the line. You will form a long-term vision for the vertical and ensure its implementation through product and business initiatives.
Launching new product lines and business models You will take on the launch of new B2C products and services, including subscription models: from idea generation and hypothesis testing to calculating unit economics, preparing business cases, and project-managing the launches.
Operational management and planning Your area of responsibility will include operational planning: creating a transparent roadmap for all functional areas, setting goals, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the deadlines for implementing strategic tasks.
Responsibility for P&L and business line economics You will be responsible for the full P&L of the vertical: managing resources and budget, finding new revenue sources, increasing revenue, improving efficiency, and minimizing losses. An important part of the role will be constant work with product metrics and economics.
Cross-functional collaboration and negotiations You will establish close communication with internal teams and departments, as well as conduct complex negotiations with external partners. You will work within a matrix structure, aligning the interests of the business, product, and stakeholders.
