Product Manager for the Subscription Acquisition Team
Yandex Plus is a multi-subscription service for Yandex products, providing access to entertainment services such as Yandex Music, Kinopoisk, and Yandex Books. We are creating one of the best subscription experiences, making it as simple, advantageous, and personalized as possible.
Developing subscription sales scenarios You will be responsible for the main Yandex Plus subscription sales page in Russia, acquisition through promo codes, and universal sales tools for services. You will develop existing subscription sales and checkout scenarios, as well as create new ones. You will generate hypotheses and conduct experiments to increase the conversion rate for subscription sign-up and payment.
Developing subscription product logic You will participate in developing subscription mechanics: structuring the logic for availability, trial periods, upgrades, new tariffs, options, and more.
Developing and scaling the subscription platform You will also develop the subscription platform for internal and external users, implementing best practices and sales mechanics and scaling them across all sales channels. To do this, you will closely collaborate with service growth teams, development teams, design teams, and product analytics teams.
