Growth Lead for a Mass-Market B2B Fintech Product
We are developing a fintech platform for small and medium-sized businesses. It consolidates key B2B products: lending, payment solutions (Split and Yandex Pay for Business), and ecosystem services. Our goal is to make financial services for businesses accessible and convenient.
You will work in a dynamic growth stream. You will manage projects aimed at increasing partners' GMV and actively communicate with product, marketing, finance, and other teams.
Working with Promotional Mechanics You will create, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns, special offers, and loyalty programs together with the marketing and product teams.
Reducing B2C User Churn You will analyze the reasons for churn, identify bottlenecks in the user experience, and develop and implement initiatives for customer retention.
Cross-Selling within B2C You will seek and implement opportunities for cross-selling within the B2C segment, creating mechanics that will encourage users to try new products and services.
Growth Mechanics You will generate and prioritize growth hypotheses, conduct A/B testing of new features and marketing activities, and scale successful solutions.
