B2C User Subscription Retention Growth Manager for Yandex 360
Yandex 360 is a suite of services for personal tasks, studying, and collaborative work. It includes Disk, Mail, Calendar, Documents, Telemost (videoconferencing), and other services.
We are creating a world-class product and strive to make it even better. We are looking for a colleague who will work on the subscription growth direction for B2C users.
Managing Retention Stream Projects You will be responsible for proposing and implementing solutions aimed at retaining B2C users in the Yandex 360 subscription. You will research churn reasons and coordinate projects and changes in the products included in the Yandex 360 subscription (Mail, Disk, Telemost, etc.) that can affect the stream metrics and motivate subscribers to use the services with the subscription.
Developing Integrations with Other Services and Business Units You will need to find points of mutual interest and benefit with Yandex 360 services, other services both within Yandex and externally. You will propose collaboration ideas, calculate the business case economics, and launch joint projects.
