Yandex Real Estate is a product that helps people find and choose housing, and helps developers attract targeted customers. We focus on the new construction market, where we create convenient and technological solutions for both sides.
Your key goal will be to focus on user retention: build a strategy for retaining and bringing people back to the product.
Working on user retention and return You will analyze the user lifecycle — from a cold lead to completing a transaction. You will need to segment the audience, understand their needs at each stage, and develop a system of communications and product mechanics that will gently guide a person towards the goal and bring them back to the service.
Managing traffic liquidity and quality You will need to find a balance between the number of leads and their value for developers. This is work at the intersection of product, marketing, and CRM: you need to learn how to influence the purchase phase by understanding how different types of traffic convert into real deals.
Supporting the product for property selection managers You will work on a separate closed product for property selection managers. This is an operational stream aimed at giving managers powerful tools for work, for example exclusive information about properties, and quickly digitizing their knowledge from communicating with clients.
End-to-end analysis of the purchase scenario You will need to deeply understand how a buyer goes through the entire process of selecting real estate, identify growth points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improving the user experience — to make the path to purchase as simple and effective as possible.
