Product Manager for Yandex Crowd's Customer Service Team
Yandex Crowd is a major infrastructure service of Yandex. We implement crowdsourcing to scale business processes (data labeling, content moderation, field research, testing) and build internal product functions (customer service, telemarketing, localization, and documentation).
We are looking for a project manager to develop support for Yandex services. You will build processes, coordinate teams, launch, and develop initiatives. It is important to understand user needs, work with technical support and product teams, analyze metrics, and improve service quality.
Interaction with product teams You will provide feedback on metrics and communicate user needs to teams. Optimize support processes, organize customer service for new products.
Implementation of long-term projects Assign tasks to related teams and monitor their completion using metrics. Manage changes and implement new tools for the support team. Improve the quality of product support. Analyze large volumes of data, create metrics, and work with them.
