Growth Project Manager in Fintech

Our team develops the Fintech business outside the Yandex ecosystem. We launch and promote the Split and Yandex Pay products in the country's largest online partners, such as Lamoda, "Zolotoye Yabloko", "L'ETOILE", "Sportmaster", and many others.

We are looking for a project manager who will create and scale a new business model, find growth points, and lead large cross-functional teams from Fintech and other Yandex business units. The main goal is to attract promo budgets from outside the Yandex ecosystem.

What tasks await you

Business Growth Points You will create a new business model to attract promo investments from partners, research and develop promo mechanics to increase GMV, test hypotheses and evaluate their effectiveness, as well as unite teams for rapid idea validation.

Scaling Growth and Monetization Tools You will develop and test successful business ideas, scale them: unite a large cross-functional team, plan and defend the monetization approach, promote the adoption of tools and mechanics among external partners.

Achieving Goals You will strive for a 10x growth in metrics as part of a cross-functional team.

We expect that you

• Have a higher education in IT, economics, finance, management, or an engineering field from a top university
• Have worked in product or operational roles at top IT companies, e-commerce projects, or industry leaders for at least five years
• Have managed cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Make decisions using both data and intuition based on experience in uncertain situations
• Take responsibility for the business's key projects and their results
• Create something new and unique every day

It will be a plus

• Have designed campaigns and promotions that stimulate growth
• Have tested mechanics and optimized them for KPIs
• Understand retail economics
• Have launched B2B products or partner products
