Project Manager in the IT field (Loyalty and Fintech)

We are looking for a proactive project manager who will be responsible for launching loyalty mechanics in new countries of our presence.

What tasks await you

Ownership of launches You will globally manage launches, from analyzing the country's potential at the analytics level to interacting with a large number of teams and participants during the launch and conducting experiments to demonstrate results. Communication with the development team You will need to regularly communicate with developers from various Yandex teams, staying informed about their sprints, workload, and schedules.

Communication with the analytics team You will need to conduct experiments together with the analytics team and demonstrate the impact of changes on the business in the launch countries.

Communication with the local team A large number of insights and growth points will need to be obtained through brainstorming with the local team, and you will also communicate with them when testing hypotheses.

We expect that you

• Have experience in IT project management
• Have launched complex IT projects with a large number of participants
• Are familiar with frameworks and prioritization methods
• Are able to work in a team and motivate people
• Have English language skills at Intermediate level or higher
