Project Manager for Yandex Eda

Ultima is a separate marketplace within Yandex Eda. The special requirements for delivery quality create differences in logistics settings, courier selection, and motivation.

We are looking for a project manager who will develop the logistics direction in the Ultima service. You will closely interact with analytical and product teams to organize the work of a unified team with a common goal.

What tasks await you

Improving Ultima's logistics products and pricing Together with analytics and product teams, you will analyze logistics solutions, identify growth points, and implement changes in pricing to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the Ultima service.

Building processes for attracting and managing couriers You will develop and optimize processes for hiring, onboarding, and motivating couriers, ensuring stable demand coverage and achieving target GMV and EBITDA indicators for the Ultima service.

Developing new Ultima delivery scenarios You will need to work out and implement new delivery formats (for example, long-distance orders to the Moscow region, scheduled delivery), ensuring a high level of service and cost-effectiveness.

Scaling and geographical expansion of the Ultima service Together with the development team, you will launch new delivery zones and geographies, build operational processes, and ensure sustainable growth of the Ultima service.

We expect that you

• Have worked in operations or analytics
