We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for developing the "Cargo" tariff in several countries.

What tasks await you

Growth of cargo delivery and launching new cities and countries in the hub You will be responsible for achieving business targets (GMV, NI, and other metrics), analyzing and optimizing the current state of the business, launching new directions, cities, and countries.

Project and team management You will initiate and control business development projects, coordinate the work of local and adjacent teams, and improve service quality for the development of intra-city cargo delivery.

Analysis and efficiency You will also need to deeply immerse yourself in the state of the business, analyze the effectiveness of the measures taken, and focus on results for each metric.

• KPI/metrics: GMV, NI/GMV, deliveries
• Adjacent teams: marketing, economics, product, finance, taxi, adjacent delivery

We expect you to

• Have experience managing people and engaging them in initiatives
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Be proficient in Russian and English at a conversational level
• Be ready to take responsibility and build a business

Will be a plus

• Have experience developing and scaling international business directions in taxi, food delivery, etc., and be prepared to share successful cases
• Have worked on launching services in various countries
