We are looking for a Project Manager for the Growth and Strategy team, which is responsible for the business's key performance indicators, its growth, and profitability. We make complex decisions based on data and turn hypotheses into real projects so that the service develops and remains effective.
Find business growth points based on data You will analyze key delivery metrics and look for growth opportunities: where you can increase the number of orders, improve economics, or increase process efficiency. To do this, you need to work with data, formulate hypotheses, and assess their impact on business metrics.
Launch and manage projects to improve the service You will turn ideas and hypotheses into real projects: formulate tasks, build an implementation plan, and work with related teams to bring the project to completion. It is important to monitor how changes affect the business's key performance indicators.
Manage the service's economics You will participate in managing the economics of Delivery: work with tariffs, evaluate the effectiveness of growth investments, and help find a balance between supply and demand so that the service grows and remains effective.
