Project Manager for Business Development and Support at Auto.ru

Auto.ru is the largest automotive platform in Russia, helping millions of people buy and sell cars. We have created an entire ecosystem of products around the dealer business: from a warehouse management system (Auto.ru Business) to financial services (eCredit, Finance Auto.ru Business).

You will help create and maintain an efficient service that will become a reliable entry point for non-standard tasks and will save time and resources for colleagues from different directions. What tasks await you

Project Coordination You will manage a variety of requests—from research to process improvement. You will be tasked with reviewing assignments, planning them, engaging the necessary specialists from related teams, and monitoring execution. You will solve some tasks yourself, while coordinating others with colleagues. Success will be measured by how well you manage to turn business requirements into a clear and well-developed solution.

Solution Design You will design new approaches: conducting business experiments to test hypotheses, developing requirements for analytical tools, and redesigning business processes to eliminate "bottlenecks" and increase efficiency.

Organizing Communications You will act as a link between different business areas: conducting kick-off meetings, demonstrating results, collecting feedback, creating clear instructions, and conducting training. Your task is to ensure the stable operation and user-friendliness of the implemented solutions.

Solving Complex Problems You will accept complex and non-obvious requests, structure the raw problem, find the necessary experts within the company, organize their collaborative work, and lead the task to implementation. Your goal is to ensure a solution even in cases where the request has no obvious owner.

We expect you

• Have at least two years of experience in solving similar tasks
• Possess systems thinking and enjoy building and optimizing processes
• Have an analytical mindset and can get to the root of problems
• Possess excellent communication skills: can clearly formulate tasks, negotiate with customers, and convey the value of the result
• Able to manage a large number of parallel tasks of different types and skillfully set priorities
• Ready to take responsibility for the quality and deadlines of tasks, as well as for the satisfaction of internal clients
• Are flexible and can find solutions for non-standard requests

• Have launched complex cross-functional processes from scratch
• Are familiar with Agile/Scrum principles and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
• Understand business efficiency metrics and can work with data to create dashboards and reports
