Our project office team is focused on supporting the sales department and implementing projects that enhance its efficiency. We are involved in the processes of sales automation, implementation of tools, and improving team efficiency through process optimization. Our team is responsible for preparing the launch of new products and entire sales lines, diving deep into the needs of both external and internal customers.
You will be responsible for:
- implementing projects and participating in changes to sales team working tools: process discovery and optimization, testing improvements, ensuring productivity increase;
- leading from the sales office side for GTM (Go to market): supporting product experiments and launching new products, roadmap formation, rollout control, feedback collection;
- assessing the impact of product rollouts on sales offices, evaluating risks and benefits for customers and revenue;
- implementing initiatives to increase revenue and sales team productivity;
- assessing project risks: financial, legal, reputational, technical;
- collecting and prioritizing ideas and requirements for product teams from the sales office, researching customer experience for idea analysis;
- ensuring maximum business impact from implemented projects.
We expect that you:
- have at least two years of experience as a project manager, project lead;
- have experience applying project management tools (working with risks, stakeholders, etc.);
- know facilitation and meeting moderation tools to achieve results;
- have participated in projects aimed at increasing sales team efficiency.
- have English language proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and correspondence;
- have experience with the product development lifecycle.
