Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading strategic projects (both product and commercial) for Avito Goods;
• Proposing / defending project ideas;
• Creating a clear roadmap: defining the implementation plan and checkpoints, determining project boundaries, assessing risks, conducting analysis, evaluation, and prioritizing tasks;
• Executing actions according to plan, coordinating the work of project teams and involving interested employees in the process, interacting with customers and stakeholders, managing their expectations;
• Collecting and formalizing requirements for preparing project solutions, managing project timelines and resources, controlling results;
• Setting development tasks;
• Preparing and presenting project work results, conducting project post-mortems, maintaining necessary project documentation and reporting;
• Writing strategic and operational documents for presentation to team leaders or department heads;
• Evaluating the impact of tool implementation on the sales office (on internal processes, motivation, analytics, B2B clients);
• Working collaboratively with the process and methodology team, being responsible for the interaction process with the product team, transmitting product feedback from sales teams, monitoring improvements and their impact on metrics.

We expect you to:

• Have at least five years of experience in project/product rollouts, process automation, gathering project/product requirements;
• Have experience managing projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies and understand when and which one is best to use;
• Have English language skills at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken);
• Be able to conduct presentations and be ready for public speaking;
• Be able to establish contacts and build constructive dialogue with customers and employees;
• Have analytical skills, be able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and make decisions based on them;
• Have worked with Miro/Trello/Jira;
• Know project development and management processes (PMI standards, Agile, Scrum);
• Have B2B sales experience (a plus).
