About the Team
Our team is responsible for projects that "land" product and business changes within Avito's customer support. The primary goal is to make the user's path when contacting support as clear as possible, and the resolution of their issue — quick and convenient.
We evaluate performance based on user metrics and agent efficiency indicators. The team closely collaborates with back-office divisions of the customer service center, coordinates the work of several teams, and is responsible for managing project risks, resources, and timelines.
You will be responsible for:
- launching and managing projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency in Avito's customer service;
- conducting briefings and gathering requirements from internal stakeholders;
- forming a team, coordinating and approving project resources;
- developing project documentation, building the project roadmap;
- planning the budget, forming a task backlog, controlling timelines and execution of project tasks;
- identifying and working through risks, managing priorities;
- preparing functional requirements, technical specifications, instructions;
- developing and presenting project scenarios and business cases to management;
- maintaining cross-functional communications with stakeholders;
- presenting project status to management, approving necessary project decisions, defending project results;
- collecting and analyzing data from information systems;
- communicating with business analysts, data analysts.
We expect that you:
- have at least two years of experience as a project manager or project lead;
- are proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);
- know and can work according to PMBOK, PDCA standards;
- can assemble resources and form a project team;
- can effectively build communication within the team and cross-functionally;
- can manage several projects simultaneously and set priorities;
- can independently structure the workflow and be responsible for the result;
- are a quick learner and can work with large volumes of information;
- can analyze situations and make data-driven decisions.
